RIJHUB ACCOUNT DELETION REQUEST

RIJHub respects your right to control your data. You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time.

Who can request deletion?

  • Any RIJHub user (including users who signed up using Google or social login)
  • Users who have already uninstalled the app

What data will be deleted?

Upon account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

  • Personal profile information
  • Order and delivery history
  • Saved addresses
  • Linked rider or user activity
  • Login credentials

Data that may be retained

Certain records may be retained for legal, regulatory, or financial compliance purposes, such as transaction logs, for the minimum period required by law.

How to request deletion

To request account deletion, please complete the form below or send an email to support@rijhub.com with the subject: "Account Deletion Request".

Required details:

  • Full name
  • Email address used to register
  • Phone number
  • User type (Customer/Artisan/Rider)

Processing time

Account deletion requests are processed within 7-14 business days. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have saved any important information before requesting deletion.
